We have very strong relationships with existing operators and investors and will often have an understanding of their strategy and what will motivate a prospective sale. We help with the process of acquisition and offer advice on the structuring and finance of acquisitions. We have considerable experience of Opco/Propco transactions & funding and have established relationships with active property investors.
We provide a structured approach and will assist through each stage of the acquisition, including funding alternatives, due diligence and agreeing legal documentation.
