James How
James joined Coffer Corporate Leisure in March 2011 to work across the corporate leisure and leisure investment teams. James’s role will focus on analysis and investment consultancy, involving advisory work on both ongoing projects and new property investments, incorporating disposals and acquisitions. For CLIA, he will specialise in continuing to develop CLIA's presence in a active and opportunistic leisure market; structuring finance, identifying acquisition targets and maximising disposals revenue for operators and landlords alike.
A recent Economics and Finance graduate from the University of Exeter, James brings with him a successful stint developing leisure businesses for the international market across a broad range of commercial property organisations in the UK and Europe.
