Mark Sheehan

Mark Sheehan has led many corporate projects across the leisure and retail sectors and advised operators and investors on projects worth in excess of £1 billion. He has wide experience including disposals, acquisitions and un-locking property value from portfolios.
He has advised on many M&A transactions across asset backed sectors including Pubs, Restaurants, Hotels, Bars, Health and Fitness, Retail and Healthcare.
He also has considerable experience in advising on OpCo PropCo and sale and leaseback transactions having acted on portfolio transactions involving MidOcean Partners, Orchard Care Homes, R20, LA Fitness, Alchemy Partners, Queens Moat House Hotels, CHE Hotels and Little Chef Ltd.
Mark spent 11 years at specialist leisure advisers Christie & Co where he was a senior Director. He headed up the investment division and was also responsible for the leisure and development team based in London.
Mark joined David Coffer to set up Coffer Corporate Leisure in late 2005.
