A leisure and hospitality expert, Lawrence has over 15 years experience in the property industry having undertaken roles in both the public and private sectors, most recently at a niche leisure advisor where he was a Director involved in the leisure, hospitality and healthcare sectors.
He has spent the last 10 years focusing on investment and development consultancy in a role that has involved advisory work on both going concerns & property investments, incorporating disposals and acquisitions; sale-and-leaseback and sale-and-manageback transactions - particularly in the hotel sector; and general leisure consultancy.
Clients have included Whitbread/Premier Inn, Esporta Group, Travelodge, Daniel Thwaites, LA Fitness, Berkeley Homes, Clapham House Group plc, Hilton Hotel Corporation, Criterion Capital and London & Regional Properties.
Previously, Lawrence studied Urban Land Economics at Sheffield Hallam University before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1998.
