Coffer Corporate Leisure has successfully acquired the Owain Glyndwr, in the heart if Cardiff city centre, on behalf of a private client. The property was purchased for a consideration of £2.125 million which reflected a Net Initial Yield of 5.32%.

The property comprises a substantial 13,500 sq ft public house with a 3-bedroom manager’s apartment on the first floor.
