CCL has advised private clients on the investment sale of Darnley Leisure Park, Glasgow. The park occupies a prominent position just off Junction 3 of the M77, the main arterial route linking Glasgow to the north with Kilmarnock to the south.
The scheme possesses a high calibre tenant line-up including KFC, McDonalds, Dominos and Costa Coffee.
Mayfair Capital, advised by Montague Evans, acquired the asset for in excess of the £5.5m asking price a sub 6.5% yield.
