On behalf of Faucet Inn, Coffer Corporate Leisure has completed the sale of The Olive Tree in Romsey for a price of £935,000. The property is let on a 25-year FRI lease to Olive Tree (Romsey) Limited, a multiple operator in the south of England, providing an unexpired term of 23 years.
The purchase price of £935,000 reflected a Net Initial Yield of 7.74%.
Coffer Corporate Leisure acted on behalf of the vendor, Faucet Inn.
