Sale of Italian Secrets catering business

Sale of Italian Secrets catering business

February 5, 2015

Coffer Corporate Leisure has advised the founders of Italian Secrets on the corporate disposal of the business, which was acquired by a consortium of private individuals for an undisclosed sum. The business, founded in 1995, has grown substantially since its inception and now encompasses an events catering company and one London’s largest specialist corporate cookery schools. The multifaceted business possesses an impressive 1000-strong client roster including large corporations such as Microsoft, Deloitte and Shell.

Jack Silvani of Coffer Corporate Leisure said: “Italian Secrets is a long established and profitable business that has carved out a niche in what has historically been a largely untapped market. Italian Secrets’ contacts and client list is second to none and we believe offers an excellent platform for the new owners to rapidly grow the business.

“The sale attracted a wealth of interest from a combination of private individuals, established catering companies and even a handful of well know television personalities.”
