Coffer Corporate Leisure advised on the £60m sale and leaseback of the Little Chef UK portfolio acting for the People Restaurant Group. Coffer Corporate Leisure discreetly carried off an off market sale to Arazim Investments, a major Israeli investment company listed on the Tel Aviv stock exchange. Arazim purchased 65 sites which included 64 Little Chef operations and a 56 bedroom hotel in Yorkshire trading as Days Inn. This was another example of a transaction where Coffer Corporate Leisure advised on unlocking property value within a portfolio. Marketing was done discreetly and a number of good offers were received.
