We are pleased to announce the sale and leaseback of two further care homes on behalf of Orchard Care Homes Ltd to a private investor.

Details of the transaction are subject to a confidentiality agreement. The homes which are based in the following locations comprise:-

Longridge Hall and Lodge, Preston, Lancashire 60 bedrooms

St Helens Hall and Lodge, St Helens, Merseyside 94 bedrooms

Coffer Corporate Leisure have advised Orchard Care Homes since its management buy-out in June 2007 and completed the sale and leaseback of 15 homes for consideration in excess of £100 million.
