Coffer Corporate Leisure acted on behalf of the Puzzle Pub Co to sell its group of 7 leasehold bars in central London to the Food & Drink Group Plc. The properties are located predominantly in the city and west end and trade as The Puzzle and The Stone Horse. They will be converted to trade under The Food & Drink Group umbrella of brands. The deal brings the Food & Drinks portfolio to a total of 37 sites. The Puzzle Pub Co retains its 4 freehold bars in west and south London.
